of our products an exchange service is not available. Please choose carefully before you
buy.We are unable to accept products or DVDs which do not meet your expectations; we will only replace items which are found to be faulty.
If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that
product to us for a replacement. Please read through the following steps carefully
if you wish to return goods to us.
To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.
You should email our Customer Service Officer at ozshipping@adultshop.com
and notify us of your intention to return the goods. We will supply you with our FREEPOST address.
Please include return paperwork detailing the nature of the defect and the transaction number for your order. Our Quality Control Department will then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement.
